I’m a Dominican, born-and-raised New Yorker and a CUNY grad with a BFA in Communication Design from NYC College of Technology. I’m an Art Director & Communications Designer dedicated to bridging the gap between institutions and the communities they serve.

I love turning complex information into clear, welcoming, and engaging communication that helps people actually access the services and opportunities they need. I’ve done this through healthcare agencies and by volunteering/working with non-profits across NYC communities that shaped me.

My goal is to create work that acts as a north star for communities, guiding them toward the information and resources they need. In the future, I hope to teach service design and empower others to make information and resources more accessible to everyone.
